Jason Nikolaou is Director of Business Development at Mellon Technologies, where he leads business development for the Digital Banking, Identity and AI portfolio across 16 countries in Greece and Central & Eastern Europe. He has spent more than 20 years in banking technology and payments, with roles across Europe and Asia Pacific, and now works with banks on digital identity, qualified trust services, EUDI Wallet readiness and the adoption of AI. He holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD, together with Master’s and Engineering degrees in telecommunications and electrical engineering.
