Chris Allen is an experienced Operations professional with HSBC, for the past seven years Chris has led significant change programmes across HSBC before moving into operational management.  Prior to HSBC Chris has worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland where he was Delivery Director for the AML and Counter Terorism financing programme.  In his early career, Chris worked for a number of British Government departments, including the Foreign Office and Home Office.
