Aneliya Tomova is a seasoned banking professional with more than 15 years of experience across retail banking, sales, and people management. For the past three years, she has served as Managing Director of a bank contact center, leading large-scale transformation initiatives in customer service and digital sales operations.
Her previous experience includes managerial roles in the bank’s Branch Network, where she successfully led national training programs, motivational schemes, and sales skill development for teams across the country. Aneliya has also managed product development and sales for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, as well as Affluent customer segments — combining strategic insight with a deep understanding of client needs.
Throughout her career, Aneliya has been dedicated to driving innovation, enhancing customer experience, and empowering teams to adapt to the evolving landscape of digital banking. Her leadership blends people-centric management with a strong focus on technology-driven growth.
