Bilgen Aldan

Bilgen Aldan is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in telecommunications, fintech, e-commerce, digital banking, digital media, and mobile gaming across Turkey, Albania, and Kosovo. She currently serves as the CEO of BKT Pay, Advisor to the Board of Directors at BKT (National Commercial Bank), and Executive Board Member at CB Digital, an e-commerce marketplace company.

Previously, Ms. Aldan was the CEO and Board Member of ALBtelecom in Albania (2021-2022), CEO of Mynet (2017-2021), a leading digital media company in Turkey, and Chief Marketing Officer for n11.com, a prominent e-commerce marketplace in Turkey. She has also held significant roles such as Direct Banking Vice President at Akbank, one of Turkey's largest banks (2010-2014), Program Manager at Turkcell, the leading telecommunications company in Turkey (2005-2010), and Digital Banking Product Manager at Garanti Bank.

Ms. Aldan is recognized as one of Turkey's distinguished businesswomen, having been honored with several prestigious awards, including Fortune Turkey's Top 50 Business Women (2020), Fast Company's Digital Leaders (2020), and Turcomoney's Top 40 Business Women Under 40 (2020). She is an active member of the Women on Boards Association and was appointed Chairwoman of the ICC Albania Executive Board in October 2021.
