Chrysoula Demetriou

Chrysoula Demetriou is the Head of the Branch Network Strategy Division of the National Bank of Greece, with main objects the upgrading of the customer service experience from the Branch Network, the optimization of the Bank's geographical network presence and the reform of the branch operating model according to the objectives of digital transformation.

In her recent career history, she has held managerial positions in the Banking sector, Telecommunications and Dairy Industry (Eurobank S.A., Wind S.A., Germanos S.A., Dodoni S.A.). She collaborates with the Laboratory of Investment Applications (EPEFA) of the University of Athens as a lecturer in postgraduate programs. She holds a BSc in Production Engineering and Management from the Technical University of Crete as well as an MSC from the Technical University of Eindhoven.
