Pasquale Giamboi, 70 year old, born in Bologna, Italian citizen, graduated in law from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna in 1977. He has dedicated his professional life to the banking and financial sector in Italy and abroad, gaining diverse experience 50 years of work and achieving prominent positions within the UniCredit Group.Throughout his long career, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors or Supervisory Board of numerous banking and non-banking companies in Italy, Germany, Austria, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, safeguarding the interests of shareholders and other stakeholders, with a primary focus on customer satisfaction, innovative project on products and channels distribution and the soundness of financial institutions. Particularly in the Balkans, he has worked tirelessly to foster the development of international companies , partnerships, investments, and trade, economic, and cultural exchange. He is currently Member of the Supervisory Boards of UniCredit Banka Romania. He was also Chairman of UniCredit Banka Slovenia and of UniCredit Banka Banja Luka (Bosnia & Herzegovina) and Member of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bulbank Bulgaria.On 2007/2008 he was Chairman of European Mortgage Federation in Brussel (Belgium).
